This poptop camper van is a 2005 Pleasureway Traverse. It runs great and I have kept up with its maintenance over the 13 years I’ve owned it. It is built on a Ford E-250 body and has 206,500 miles. The van is in Anchorage, Alaska. Asking $14,900.

It has a propane stove and heater. The sink has hot and cold water. The refrigerator runs off an auxiliary battery or 120 volt shore power. The microwave and 120 volt appliances also run off shore power . A 25' 30 amp power cable provides shore power. The bench seat folds flat into a two person bed. The overhead bunk can accommodate an adult or two kids. It has a trailer hitch, portable toilet, a portable table, and a digital TV/DVD player. The windows are tinted.

Why should you buy this high mileage RV? You may be asking this question. I bought the van used with 50k miles in 2011 in Michigan. Since then I’ve stored it indoors in Michigan near family. Every spring and fall I fly to Michigan to see family and take the van on a 2 to 3 month road trip. Most of the miles on the van are on the freeway to get to fun places to hike or kayak. After each trip, the oil was changed and the van cleaned before putting the van back in storage. I’ve kept up with the recommended Ford maintenance schedule. Last fall Ford replaced the spark plugs, transmission filter and fluids, rear differential fluid, fuel filter, oil and filter, and coolant. Also last fall the van got new front brakes, battery and Michelin Crossclimate tires. This spring I drove 5,000 problem free miles from Michigan to Anchorage and only used 1 1/2 quarts of oil. After all these miles it is still running great.

The available documents are a recent Carfax report, recent inspection report from Ford, maintenance records, and manuals from Ford, Pleasureway and the various appliances.

Technical details are in the Pleasureway brochure at https://pleasureway.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/2004-Pleasure-Way-Brochure.pdf
