Just got back from a 5,200 mile and 13 states trip out West. Every campsite we stayed in had people asking about and to see my Autana Sky on my Tundra. I should have had some Tepui cards and literature to hand out. I am sure there were some potential and serious buyers from all the people...

Adam, will do. I live near Boone, NC so will keep an eye out. I changed the mounts on my Autana. I did it for more even support but hearing this I am glad I went with what I did.

Mild build, no rock crawling. To visit the paths less travelled. Toytec 3/1, Spider trax 1.25 spacers all round, 285/65 on stock 20s, anti sway bar. APEX Pro pack rack. DECKED drawer system. Tepui Autana Sky. Gas and water cans to install. Maxtrax, etc.

If you just want rain protection, go to a Canvas shop that makes covers and Bimini tops for boats. Have it fitted to the rack and then mount the RTT on top. Have it so it zips on all corners and you can roll the sides and back up for access. They can also sew in plastic panels front and back so...

I used Adams method. I also changed the mounting method. I installed an APEX pack rack and the rails did not really support on all three hoops. This is what I used. 16 bolts instead of 8. Now the Tent is supported all around.

They are sturdy. I like that on the larger boxes they have six clips rather than the two you normally see on many others. The small ones fit perfectly in my Decked grader system. Two per side.

Found these on Walmart website. Bought two small and two large. They are sturdy boxes with a foam seal. They stack on top of each other. Best thing is the price. Quality boxes for a cheap price $10 for the small and $15 for the large.

Had to buy my Autana Sky from Backcountry. Leaving for a trip out West mid July. Tents arriving early June left things a little tight in my planning. Tent arrives tomorrow.

IMHO it looks strong enough and thick enough. The entire deck is rated for 2000 lbs. Maybe Decked will chime in and confirm.

Hi Decked, I will send pics once everything else is installed, APEX Pack Rack, Tepui RTT, etc. About a month and it should be done I did not order the boxes. I ordered the dividers and the 48" tie downs. Cheers
