We're considering a KK Series 7. Its hard to find owners reviews... for those that own KKs what are the things you love about them + what are the things that you hate or wish were improved? Thank you all in advance.

Thanks for the heads-up about the Tundra recall, @Markal. We're aware of the issue and have heard speculation about potential recalls for 2022-23 iForce Max models, as they share a similar engine with the affected gas models. There’s also talk of 2024 models being a production fix that led to...

Thanks @ExpoMike . KK does seem quite durable . Good luck on your quest for the right camper too. The Kube is really cool; but a bit small for our full timer + business use.

@eatSleepWoof I was wrong. We did not look at Kimberley... not sure what I was thinking. After today's forum feedback we are now ranking Kimberley T Series [exploring] RREV Baja Edition Kingdom Caravan XL [exploring]

@crazysccrmd a year or two is a no go. We have test driven both the F150 hybrid and Tundra hybrid. We actually prefer the F150...but favor the Tundra for foreseeable (motor, suspension, and brake) upgrade paths.

@rdrop we have considered it... but favored the Pause. We do feel the aluminum chassis and build quality of both are a concern

@tdjma definately the wisdom of the forum... is making us feel that the Tundra hybrid is a bad assumption. We do like @rdop's suggestion to look at the forthcoming RAMcharger truck. We will look at that today (and availabilty timelines)

@rdrop thanks for the headsup on the RAMcharger too. We were narrowly focused on Ford vs Toyota, but will look at it and its availabilities too. Having the EV platform + a V6 motor sounds a solid concept... We hear you on the "if" too. Many of these concepts are falling flat to claims

@eatSleepWoof we definately appreciate the bluntness + increasing the the baseline analysis with Kimberley too. We brushed over them as the quality of Kimberly and Intech felt similar on paper. Our budget is sub-$250K for truck and trailer... full-timing + overlanding capable + durability are...

@Obsessed2findARuggedHybid the Kingdom Camping Caravan XL has the same Cruisemaster ATX or XT Air Suspension* as the Imperial Outdoors x195 / Roamer1. I communicated with a previous owner of a Roamer1 that had interior cabinets coming unhinged due to chassis flex. He stated he communicated with...

@SDDiver5 thank you for the kindness. It's a continuous adventure with 4 dogs + 2 humans in a VW/RTT. But the gym showers and lack of access to real overlanding just sucks. We hear you on the 3/4-1 ton trucks. We considered the F250 for a long time...but really want to try a hybrid. Do you or...

Thanks @Obsessed2findARuggedHybid . We don't know much about the founders' of RREV. However we do know their corporation is registered in San Mateo, CA and their ops are in Redding, CA. We do find it odd they don't allow us to visit either location :-\ We have not looked at Kingdom Camping...
