    2011 F150 engine choices

Glad to report that I've seen no Eco Boost F150's in the shop for any engine concerns, haven't seen any cars equiped with it either rexcept a few early production models that had a spark plug issue.

Well since I like to travel with Todd, Lars, and TZ here's a few of my latest Bronco. I tend to lean torward hard core rock crawling but I'm also doing more of the overland thing as of late. I drove 3,000 miles round trip to pick up a camper like the one Todd pictured for the next build, there...

    Vintage Four Wheel Bronco camper

Gathering the Bronco parts as we speak. Going on a kind of cool 1970 Bronco that's first owner was the U.S goverment. Plans call for a 5.8L backed by a ZF 5 speed and a 205 transfer case. I'll be running full width axles with a 8 lug Dana 44 front and a Sterling 10.25 in the rear. Still up in...

    Vintage Four Wheel Bronco camper

Made a 3,700 mile/five day road trip out to North Carolina to pick up a Early Bronco Four Wheel camper. Plans are to run it in my current trail rig Bronco but I'll be building a 1970 Bronco this summer to put it on. I called Four Wheel campers up the other day and the guy was amazed about the...

    2008 F250 Build

Can't go wrong with the 255/80/17 BFG we sell tons of them at the Ford dealership I work at for the oil/gas trucks around here. I recommend that tire to all the oil field guys with 17" rims great all around MS tire.

    Humvette and Fat Elvis Update

My advice as a Ford tech (22 years) is to not get to carried away on the 6.0L mods. EGR delete is OK and the improved oil cooler are good things, is this the Bullet Proof diesel kit? I wouldn't mess with a tuner on a 6.0L with stock head bolts in it and don't really feel it's a good thing anyhow...

    Need help with Tires.

X2 on the caster do you have a print out from the alignments? I consider steering stabilizers a band aid but having one might help with your lift also. Do you have any bump steer due to the lift?

    Fierce brand tires?????

We've been putting a lot of them on oil field trucks with good results so far, cheaper than comparable sizes of BFG's and Goodyear's.

    Red Wedco nozzle

I ended up with a extra Wedco nozzle so I put it up on Ebay. If a member here buys it I'll ship it for free to any address in the lower 48 states. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260648160792&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

    Hydroplaning KM2s

Could running a "E" rated tire on a light Jeep be part of the problem? Just throwing it out there for discussion.
