I modified a 4-foot wide hitch rack from Northern Tool. It fits into the receiver on my Morris Mule (www.morrismule.com). The rack is made to attach to an ATV. The "tray" for the bike is a piece of 4-inch SCH 40 PVC pipe with some bracing added for rigidity. Hope this helps.
