2nd Update: Received the lights and he threw in an extra two and overnighted them due to the delay.

Update: I got a message back, apologizing and why there was a delay, they included a tracking number. I totally understand things happen. Will post again when I receive the lights.

Beware of this seller I sent them the money through PayPal and messaged them with the receipt and never heard back even though they have had activity on this sight all week. Will update if I ever get the lights or hear back.
