F250/350 rack and topper

I am selling my topper and roof rack from my 07 F250 with an 8' bed. It is white and 4 years old. The topper is a Snugtop with carpet on the ceiling, and slider windows on the sides and front. It is in very good condition.

The Ladder rack is a custom rack from Colminn x Racks in Denver. It has expanded steel so it is a great sleeping platform or for carrying items. It has a ladder on the drivers side and walk rails on both sides. It does have some surface rust.

The topper is 800.00 and the ladder rack is 500.00 If you purchase both it will be 1500.

I also have a sleeping platform built into the topper that can come with it. Reason for the sale is that my children are getting older and I am looking at moving into a pop up truck camper.

So it's $200 more ($1500 instead of $1300 - $800+$500 = $1300) if you buy them together than if you bought each separate?
