It's been up in our barn now for a few years after switching to a RTT. The original carry case has been replaced with a large army duffle bag, fits easily in it. The tent was used for only about 100 nights total. Everything good about this tent can be found on line. There is one clip broken on the left rear bottom corner used to cinch up to the tent stake. We just tied a cinch not instead. Everything is as it should be and there are zero rips or tears and no sign of premature wear anywhere on or in the tent. We are in the process of downsizing, and going full time within the year, so it's gotta go. BTW. pick up only, this thing would cost a small fortune to ship. The chairs and table are not included. I'm asking $600 for it. Thanks for looking !!
