So I have a Pull Pal 11,000 model for sale.
I have never used it, and I think the PO used it once. Either way it is in great shape and has been kicking around my Garage for way to long.
I would prefer local pickup in the Northern Virginia area. Shipping due to the weight and size will be pricey and close over $100, shipping to the east coast may be less.
