    Indecisive New Member

I just want to pitch in my .02 coming from a built 97 Jeep XJ (which I love to this day) and a 90 4runner being 6'2" I was cramped in these rigs with little room for my passengers and 2 dogs. Going camping in them ridiculous with gear from top to bottom filled the cargo area that even at times...

    sequoia to Land Cruiser innerchangabilty?

Ok sorry for such a dumb question but I just bought a 2004 toyota Sequoia and I was wondering if any parts from the LC 100 innerchange with the Sequoia like bull bars and rear tire carriers. I do know that the front end matches the 1st gen tundra but what else could i take from to make my tree...

    90 4runner lift questions?

Ok so Im currently trying to plan out the lift for my 1990 4runner. I do know I want OME because of the reputation they have. Now I know I want to run the 33 1050 15's that were on my old jeep so I was thinking of a 1.5" ball joint spacer OME shocks and what ever OME coils that net me the height...

    3.0L for overlanding/expedition use?

Thanks Thanks guys for your input, if fact I am extremely happy with the T4R rides so much nicer than the tank of a jeep. I do plan on keeping this 4runner and getting my wife a 3rd gen so that takes care of a 3.4 in the family. Ive been spending a fair amount of time over at T4R.ORG and im...

    3.0L for overlanding/expedition use?

So recently I traded my Jeep Cherokee off on a 1990 4runner, so my experiance with the 3.0L and the 4runners are none. In my research on the 3.0 I understand the head gasket is the biggest problem, so how well is this engine for overlanding use, or would I benefit more from a 3.4L swap?

Thanks everyone for the inputs. I dont have to worry bout this subject anymore as im trading off my jeep to my dad for a 4runner he has as the engine is knocking badly and I just dont want to sink anymore money into it, the good thing about all this happening is that my nephue is coming of age...

    Coil conversion for overlanding?

So I was wondering what would be the pros and cons of doing a rear coil conversion on my xj, now i do understand that doing a coil conversion is expensive and time consuming but so will be the 4BT cummins conversion that will be taking place here shortly also this will be a DD so with that said...
