The opening that I put in the trailers is 12.625x16.625" This allows either the on demand or the tanked water heater to be installed. There are flanges on the on demand that fold out to fill the void on the sides of the unit. The depth looks about right. The door is about 13x17 maybe a little less.

Yes Mike the RTT is extra. I have plenty in stock but like with all of the trailers the new owners get to choose how they want to go on tents.

The advantage of the struts is the ladder is not used to open the tent like on most RTTs so the struts open the tent half way for you where the ladder can't Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That seems pretty inexpensive Kam. Whatever shipping cost is what I'd charge. I get tents shipped from Bend OR to Phoenix and it cost $225 by truck.
