how many miles on your lx and how is she holding up? i'm in the market for a high mileage lx or lc as well.

just an observation. if the TLC and the LX470 are the same vehicle, why is the TLC soo much more expensive than an LX470.

Mostly because i've been reading til my eyes have bled and from what has been posted, the 2003-2005 have the better transmission and are most reliable. that and they dont look too old, they still look modern. I guess what i'm asking, how many miles is too many, i dont want to buy a money pit.

How many miles are too many for the LX470? I'm looking at 2003-2005 and all i'm finding in my budget are 180k-210k miles...

Great build thread, I went through all of it! I'm in the market for a LX470, looking at either a 2003 with 180k miles or a 2005 with 208k miles. how is yours holding up? I'm coming from a 2nd gen tundra, my tundra is 2wd and set up with race suspension. so i'm used to going fast off road...

Sorry, i dont think i ever noticed your post. I'm in Bakersfield Ca. The batteries are no more 4~5 years old. They hold a full charge and work wonderful.

the cpap without the humidifier doesnt use hardly any power at all. I go by charge, i'll fully charge them before my trip, they'll hold up to 13.4v and i've never had them go below 12.8 and thats running my fridge and cpap machine.
