This setup was used for my fridge and CPAP machine while overlanding.

There are two lithium ion batteries in a pelican case with Anderson plugs for a secure connection.

I've never had the batteries drain on my 3 day trips running my fridge and CPAP at night.

how many nights will it run your CPAP before needing a recharge? One of my co-workers is looking for something like this. Thanks

the cpap without the humidifier doesnt use hardly any power at all.
I go by charge, i'll fully charge them before my trip, they'll hold up to 13.4v and i've never had them go below 12.8
and thats running my fridge and cpap machine.

Sorry, i dont think i ever noticed your post.

I'm in Bakersfield Ca.
The batteries are no more 4~5 years old. They hold a full charge and work wonderful.
