Approximately 6'2 interior height. Cabinets are at a professional cabinet-paint shop and will be SW light French Grey. Should look amazing!

Yes, Sea Suckers!

I am only familiar with Sea Suckers from what I just read on their web site. I love the concept! Do you trust them to hold your board on the side of the van at freeway speeds? This may solve a problem for me.

GLWTS! Very nice build.

The Sea Suckers held our paddle board from Atlanta to Florida and back... There is a video of a guy putting a luggage box on his Lambo with them and then he drove down a highway in Nevada at triple digit speeds. He eventually did lose the box but at around 150mph IIRC.

The rig is DONE and sold. The buyer is picking it up next week and wanted to do the backsplash himself. Pics really don't do it justice. Looks much better in person.

Sad to have to sell but I will build another one. Here are some shots of the finished interior. I'll be doing a full video prior to the truck driving away and will post it here. Learned a lot, bleed a little. Doubt I'll ever find another real 40k mile 7.3 truck.

Have you sold it yet? I just bought an 07 with the 6.0 and gonna start my build.

carnut1969, did you end up selling this rig? Because I’m interested! I’m located in Alabama and would love to talk with you. I’m brand new to expedition portal so I’m not sure what is the best way to reach out. Even if you sold it I would like to talk with you because I will eventually have a ERV like this if you have indeed already sold. Thanks and hopefully we can connect.

He mentioned he sold it a few posts above. It was a nice build!

Would love to see that final video, if you recorded one before sale. Curious about where you routed the heater lines, where you spotted batteries and water tanks, and too many other things to write down.

Super sick rig, you did an amazing job!! I will be doing the interior on a new to me 4x4 e350 mini mod and would love to know what the main lower rear seat/futon bed is that you used
