The fuel lines should already be rated for biodiesel, so I wouldn't bother replacing them unless they are leaking fuel. Also, make sure you only purchase commercial grade Biodiesel in order to save your engines internals from damage.

What he said...or just don't use bio-diesel at all and quit buying into the hype. True diesel fuel is really what your engine was rated to operate on and bio-diesel isn't doing us any favors no matter what you believe. I have watched my neighbor and two guys at work ruin their otherwise really nice trucks from drinking the bio diesel kool-aid. That Cummins will give you 500k miles and more, but not on bio-diesel.
