Seriously though... I really like the clean stock lines of the XJ hood. I've never seen a good looking hood scoop or even cowl hood for an XJ. Plus if I had a scoop/cowl it would ruin my sleeper status

Not yet. I'm going to try to upsize to 4" but I have been fighting a vacuum leak. That is sorted so I may order some 4" tube and see what I can come up with.

Your's looks good Baja. That's what I should do.... But I probably won't. Airflow makes one that misses the washer bottle in the fender but its kinda ugly. Plus I don't really feel right cutting a hole through a structural part of the inner fender.

With your fab skills you could easily make a brace around it.

I forgot to post it here but I had a problem with the trans again. It is back together and back in. Apparently the over run clutch piston inner seal got damaged on the original install and that in turn burned up the overrun clutches and the forward clutches. $85 in parts and I should be good now:
