Since you are on the development team you should already know the turbos are failing. Dodge has already announced they are changing over to urea in 2010. The current dpf egr nox cat emission system is a failure. The egr kills turbos with soot. Go to the cummins forum and read up on it. Of course if you remove all the junk for offroad use everything runs great.

yep or if u beat the living crap out of it thay will work fine but if u let it idle it will die a fast deth

1. urea in a dodge truck.. check your sources. This is an HD strategy.

2. egr does not kill turbo. This is incorrect. Cummins HD product has run EGR's since 2004 with a VG system and no mass failures. There is a reason.. but ...

it is not perfect though.. but that exhaust brake sure is cool.

not to the best of my knowlage

and yes so have had no problem but id say 60% of our customers hate there trucks

that sais the 40% will never own aney thing else

i worked 4 a small dealership and we have serviced 75 turbos and replaced 15 turbos

due to soot damage

one was so bad the impeller could not turn at all
