it's no adventure trailer but with a 1200 lb capacity you can sure load it up - but it seems finding info and sourcing parts is difficult...

Your PM box is FULL

In your picture the bag looks to be fully extended and maybe ran out of lifting height. I'm wondering if that lift point is too "tall" for the bag's height. Similar to a bottle jack that could extend 24" but does not contact the vehicle until it is extended 20" so the last 4" won't do much to get the vehicle's tires off the ground.

You might want to try something to raise the initial height (pallet?) or find a lower point on the vehicle.
