Just a few pictures from my blog in the Jeep yesterday.
Welcome to Arkansas.
We visited the oldest Bridge in the state. Built in 1876. We drove in this time instead of walking.

Sometimes those of us out west forget that there are some amazing places down south and back east. I love the pictures, wish we had swimming holes like that here. I like the XJ, I'm doing a 3.5 lift and keeping my 235's till they wear out too, then it time for 31's.

That's one of the things I loved about our roadtrip to Key west, once you get east of Texas, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a body of water...

Alas we are not that fortunate here in the SW.

Great pics. Welcome to the madness.....

Good stuff, I also have a 2 door xj...I'm looking for some of those vent windows !

I've noticed those rear wing windows was not a popular option, or just used one year or two.
I'd be curious to know for sure.
This old XJ was ordered by the government, Forestry maybe.
4.0, 5 speed, NP231, non-a/c, manual windows, and power steering, 4x4, tinted windows is the only options it came with.
I like it because it doesn't have all the bells and whistles to break down.

Thanks for the comments.
