I packed up my truck and headed out to the Pacific coast of Baja Sur for the weekend. My goal was to find an unpopulated beach to camp on and hopefully some waves to surf.
We definitely succeeded on the first part. Even when I took a look around with my drone the only sign of humans was me and the track we drove in on. Lots of birds on the beach, including heron, pelicans, and caracara. Lucky, my dog, had a great time playing and eating dead stuff on the beach 😅
We didn't find any amazing waves, but can't complain about surfing in warm water with nobody else around.
