Mine had surface rust really bad as well. Some sanding and new satin black paint and it looks great.

Those are incredible shots even without the blue sky! The pattern of freezing the wind caused is awesome.

It's a DI Is the secret epoxy that stuff that you simply spray over the ECU? I think it was shown on Dweb a while ago and originally used for cleaning guns. I'm guessing you haven't had trouble with the silicon melting?

Nice looking DI! I like the avalon blue. Removing the spacers are pretty simple and straight forward. If your truck still has sway bars it will help to unbolt them so you can slide them out more easily. The truck will never handle like your sports cars, but lowering the truck will definitely...

Tim, Where did you get your "battery brain" and what does it entail?

I have a Mantec snorkel and was curious what others had done to seal up the truck. I.e. the holes at the bottom of the air box and ECU.
