    Why would you get a rig this big and not have 4x4? It makes no sense to me. The only + would be at best 1 mpg difference. But if your buying a suburban, mpg's are probably not top on your list. jmo.

    Homemade Roofracks.

    Here is my cheapo home made roof rack. I'm not completely done with it but have used it on 3 trips so far. All 3 times I have loaded it down with firewood and a portable grill. In addition to this one time I loaded an army tent 2 totes and a bicycle. It seems very sturdy.

    CRAP!! Does everybody agree that the only entrance (from the west) to the K trail is the Clayton trail? There looks to be a couple of entrances to the K trail south of the clayton trail. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
