Thanks. I have the parts for a swap, thermostat, waterpump, timing belt kit, radiator, and all new hoses and belts. Will put them in this week and see what happens.
I'm planning on doing a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, and timing belt anyway, but it was just strange. Hopefully that will solve it. If not, I'll have to look at the a/c system.

Jump seats were not available in the Gen 1, though I've seen aftermarket units in some from the Phillipines.
Not all Gen 2 had jump seats.

The problem is that many legitimate 110s got grabbed because they are associated with a suspect importer. There's at least a case to be made to import them yourself and not buy one which has already been imported.
