Bed mount eyebolts go where for FWC/ATC?

2000. The more I think about it the eye bolts must go through a cross member of the truck bed, up through the floor of the bed, rather than the frame.

Bed mount eyebolts go where for FWC/ATC?

I'm possibly buying a Grandby this weekend, but having never owned a FWC/ATC I'm not sure where the bed mount eye bolts go? I know they go in the corners of the bed, I've seen numerous pictures, but is there a "standard" spot? Are the bolts meant to go through both the frame of the truck and...

Bed to ceiling height on various pop-ups?

Is that for the Grandby/Hawk? 25 inches just seems to dang small for me, my arm alone is 20" from elbow to finger tip. But I guess if all the pop-ups are relatively short on room over the bed it's something I'll have to deal with. Thanks for the info, guys.

Bed to ceiling height on various pop-ups?

So I've been looking(well, internet looking) for a Hallmark camper for a while now, and after going onto their website to double check something I noticed something I somehow hadn't before- that their "bedroom height" is 27 inches. Is this true? That seems really small, my shoulders are...

    Jack's 2007 Chevy Build

I think that's universal...but I know if I was dropping that kind of coin I'd want the seals to last as long as possible and thus use the ugly boots. Something like this for a smaller diameter automotive shock would be ideal-...

    Jack's 2007 Chevy Build

Interesting. I've considered a leveling kit for my front at LEAST the bare minimum I'd need for my truck but seeing some of the trails you've driven with stock front suspension has me re-thinking that. You don't have any problems with room for your tires when it's tucked into the wheel well?

    Jack's 2007 Chevy Build

Damn those are pretty! Are the shocks tuned in any way specific to your truck? Remind me please so I don't have to go through 35 pages of this thread, what size lift(if you have one) is on the front of your truck? Torsion bar keys or did you crank the stock bars? For the boot could you...

    Security window tint

I'm looking at getting my Silverado tinted soon and came across this product from Llumar, it's a "security film" that's tinted and made for automotive applications. It's 4 mils thick. http://www.llumar.com/en/AutoSafety.aspx Anybody have this stuff on their rig or know of any other window...

    Silverado's Thread

Sound deadening went everywhere but the roof. Back wall, floor, 4 doors. 2 layers on the tranny tunnel. Speaking of that, the only problem with the truck thus far was I found some standing water in the driver and passenger side floorpans? Did some research online and checked the window...

    Silverado's Thread

Saw this thread today and it finally got me to get off my *** and take some pics of the new rig. I've had it for a little over a month, looked for 2 months before I found it. 2009 6.0l extended cab long bed Silverado. It's got 80k miles but you'd never know it! I could kiss the GSA person that...

No idea what to sell for - 99 7.3L Crew/Longbed 78K (Franktown, CO)

Provided you have good documentation/receipts and a clean carfax, I can't see you getting less than $15k for the truck. Hell, you might get that from a dealer who wants to flip it for $18k. I've seen it done, people go nuts for 7.3s

    Jack's 2007 Chevy Build

Yeah well I can see why you haven't installed them, they're too good looking. Just hang them over your mantle and stare at them! It's gonna be like going from a 91' Subaru to a 2013 Mercedes once you swap those shocks out...you sure you can be objective with whether or not the Kings are...
